Getting to know me

I've driven growth and customer lifetime value by launching go-to-market strategies and designing end-to-end experiences enabled by insights, technology, and innovation for 20 years.  My core expertise spans Brand Growth, Engagement & Retention, and I’ve held leadership positions across Tech, Health & Wellness, and Consumer Goods & Services.

This breadth isn’t incidental—I'm a deeply curious, systems-minded leader who thrives on connecting dots to uncover fresh solutions and new paths to acceleration and performance. I'm drawn to marketing because it’s fundamentally about understanding people—what drives them, how they connect, and the cultural currents that shape their choices.

Today, I’m the Chief Engagement Officer at Grouper, a health tech startup addressing social isolation and loneliness in older adults through digital community “senior center” solutions. Decades of research link meaningful social connection to longer, healthier lives.

I also consult with OTC healthcare brands. Most recently, I supported Kenvue’s Aveeno Megabrand team in harnessing the power of its portfolio to strengthen brand equity and relevance and drive penetration and sales. I’ve also partnered with Reckitt Benckiser’s Enfagrow team to shape growth strategies and messaging for major strategic bets.

Prior to moving into the health and wellness sectors, I was the Chief Marketing Officer at Jetson, a leading Brooklyn-based startup which produced the #1 electric bike sold at retail in the U.S.  I developed the vision and guided execution of Jetson’s customer-first strategy across channels including full-funnel marketing, digital, and support so the company could successfully scale to several hundred million dollars in annual revenue.

My process-led approach and innovative mindset were forged during nearly a decade in strategy and marketing at Toyota Motor North America’s corporate headquarters, reinforced over five years at Samsung Electronics America in digital transformation and customer experience (72% of U.S. households own at least one Samsung product and 25% own three or more), and cemented at Optimum, one of the largest telecommunications and broadband providers in the United States today.

I have a BA from Cornell University and dual MBA/MS in Strategy & Sustainable Enterprise from the University of Michigan.

I live with my adventurous husband, two active teen sons, and one very naughty dog on Roosevelt Island in New York City; in my spare time, I’m a voracious reader and love spending time in the great outdoors with friends and family.
